IMpasse is a strong encryption gateway for AIM, Yahoo, and MSN messengers that protects your online conversations. If you are using AIM, Yahoo, or MSN messengers on a regular basis, you should consider encrypting your messages (they are currently transmitted over the Internet in plain text form, vulnerable to intercept and aggregation). A few fleeting instant messages might not reveal much about you, but several months worth of online conversations may. IMpasse uses 3072 bit modulus RSA encryption for its key exchange and 448 bit cbc mode Blowfish encryption for messages. IMpasse safeguards your existing IM network, eliminating the need for you to switch to a secure network, or compel your contacts to do the same. IMpasse recognizes your contacts with whom you've used IMpasse in the past, and automatically encrypts your conversations. Note: After downloading, you will need to register for a trial license at www.im-passe.com/trial_content.html
